United Scientific Deluxe Current Balance Kit

Comprehensive kit combining an air‑core solenoid with a current balance for demonstrating and measuring the magnetic force experienced by a current‑carrying conductor. During operation, one arm of the current balance is positioned inside the solenoid, while the opposite arm includes an adjustable counterweight and can hold light calibration masses. When current is applied from an external power supply, the balance deflects. Restoring equilibrium by adding small masses allows direct measurement of the magnetic force on the conductor. The included air‑core solenoid features a clear acrylic former and five tapping points for convenient access to 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500 turns. An activity guide is included.
